Raclette Leftovers Sandwich: Sunflower seed roll, melted raclette cheese, mushrooms, roquette, potatoes, soft-boiled egg, olive oil, balsamic vinger, and thyme.
I’m really going to miss living next to a boulangerie and thinking things like… “Wow, that bread would go so well with last night’s raclette leftovers!”

Fondue Family Dinner. Just learned that 1) all french people do indeed have fondue-pot-things, 2) at the end of the fondue, you mix the egg yolk into the last of the cheese to finish it off. I’m going to miss France…
Solo picnic on the first beautiful day in a long time. (Sunflower seed/corn baguette, balsamic vinegar, thyme, comté, cherry tomatoes, and arugula)

Exam blues. However, they are being ameliorated by the fact that we had FONDUE last night and Christian vanilla eclairs for breakfast. Come to think of it, I do feel better…

Or “An American in Paris…. er…. France” Exam Cookies
The more movies I see with Gene Kelly, the more I dislike him. Is that horrible? And worse that these cookies are named after him?!? It’s just he can be… such a sleaze to women. Nonetheless, for some reason ever since I first watched “Singin’ in the Rain” four or five years ago, I’ve been obsessed. And watch it during exam periods… mainly for that one song, Good Morning, where they’ve stayed up all night working through an issue that gets figured out. I’m always like… YEAH it IS great to stay up late!!!
